Founded by Antony VJ in Bangalore in 1979, Deco Design has grown through a lasting commitment to furniture making, thoughtful interiors and personal service. Our roots are in the workshop: turning ideas and raw materials into pieces that belong in the spaces people use every day.
We create solid wood sofas, chairs, dining furniture, beds and custom pieces, alongside wardrobes, kitchen cabinetry and interior work. From an individual home to a hotel, school or workplace, our approach begins with understanding how the space needs to function.
Designers and craftspeople work around your brief, bringing together proportions, materials, finish and comfort. Choose from the collection or share a drawing or reference for a bespoke requirement. We will work through the details with you before preparing a quotation.

With a passion for fine craftsmanship and an eye for detail, Mr. Antony pursued his education in interior design at a British interior design school during the 1970s. Combining his design knowledge with a deep appreciation for traditional woodworking, he established **Deco Design in Bangalore in 1979**, with a vision to create furniture that brings together elegance, comfort, quality, and lasting value.
What began as his passion for exceptional furniture design has grown into a trusted name in solid wood furniture, built on decades of dedication, skilled craftsmanship, and uncompromising quality.
Even after more than four decades, Mr. Antony remains the creative force behind Deco Design. He continues to actively oversee furniture designs, guide the development of new concepts, and personally supervise quality control, ensuring that every piece reflects the standards on which the company was founded.
For him, furniture is more than a product. It is an expression of artistry, precision, and a commitment to excellence.

As the son of founder Mr. Valiyaparambil Joseph Antony, Mr. Rony Antony leads Deco Design with a vision to blend traditional craftsmanship with modern innovation.
Actively overseeing business expansion, operations, management, and marketing, he focuses on strengthening the brand, exploring new opportunities, and driving sustainable growth.
